Billing & Shipping

If you are purchasing a onetime order of Pistache Griye or Tablet Haitien please know that:

1. Orders placed between the 1st-13th are shipped on the 15th are shipped on the 15th of every month
   
2. Orders placed after the 15th are shipped on the 22nd of every month
   
3. If the 15th or the 22nd fall on a holiday they will be shipped either the day before or after the holiday.
   

Monthly Subscriptions

1. All monthly subscriptions will be billed on the 15th of every month.
   
2. All monthly subscriptions will be shipped on the 1st of every month
   
3. Example:
   
4. You will be billed on June 15th for the month of July and your order will be shipped on July 1st
   
5. Cut Off date: 22nd of every month
   

Bi-Monthly Subscriptions

1. All Bi-monthly subscriptions will be billed on the 15th of every other month.
   
2. All Bi-monthly subscriptions will be shipped on the 1st of every other month
   
3. Example:
   
4. You will be billed on June 15th for the month of July and your order will be shipped on July 1st 
   
5. Your next billing will occur on August 15th and your order will be shipped on September 1st
